Every project scored out of 100.
And the way to improve.
In about five minutes, the Prelud Scorecard scores each of your founders’ projects out of 100 and shows them what to strengthen before the committee. The partnership gives your organisation 50 full packs: memorandum, business plan, pitch deck and one-pager.

The Scorecard
How the Scorecard assesses a project, and helps it improve
Each theme gets a score and a weight. Weak themes come first, with a one-sentence diagnosis and the actions that would raise the score. Here is the audit of a fictional project.

- Quantify regular cyclists in Lyon, Grenoble and Annecy, with the source.
- Compare the prices of competing workshops and services.
- Build the pitch deck from the memorandum.
- Show how repairs have grown, month by month.
- 12,000 repairs completed in three cities.
- A clearly named problem and a solution that is simple to explain.
- 1A leadThe founder picks a theme to strengthen.
- 2The questionsBot Opex asks the questions that matter.
- 3The rewriteThey rework the section in their own words.
- 4The new auditThe score is reassessed.
At 80/100, the memorandum and business plan move to their final version. Not every project reaches this milestone: three quarters of the score cover the idea, the market and the business model, which rewriting alone doesn’t change. The first diagnostic is free for everyone; the detailed audit and the rewrite with Bot Opex come with the full pack, which the partnership offers to your founders.
What the Scorecard brings
- They see what holds up and what still needs work, before their meetings.
- They prepare for the questions they’ll face in committee or in front of a funder.
- They progress at their own pace, theme by theme, and follow their score.
- Packs built on the same structure, easy to compare.
- With the founder’s consent, their audit and documents: you see their weak themes and target your support.
- A partnership review: packs activated, packs that reached 80/100.
Fictional example. Preparation tool. The Scorecard assesses the maturity and consistency of a project and its pack, based on information declared by the founder. It is not a financial valuation, an investment rating or advice, or a label. The score belongs to the founder.

For your founders
What your entrepreneurs receive
The full pack starts from the Scorecard audit and turns it into four documents to present, built on the same structure from one project to the next.
With the full pack, the founder works through the project theme by theme with Bot Opex, Prelud’s assistant: the assistant asks the questions, the founder writes the text. At 80/100, they publish the final version of their memorandum and business plan.
- MemorandumThe project’s reference document: description, market, traction and team.
- Business planThe forecast, built from the financial information gathered while preparing the pack.
- Pitch deckThe project presentation as a 16:9 PDF, for a committee or the founder’s community.
- One-pagerThe project pitch in three lengths, and a one-page summary.
