The Scorecard
Who is the Scorecard for?
Anyone who has an idea or a project and wants to test it, then improve it: an app, a shop, a business takeover, a brand, a farm.
Do I need to have set up a company?
No. An idea is enough. You can start without a company number and without any documents.
How long does it take?
A few minutes. You answer four questions in writing, then the Scorecard calculates your score.
How is the score calculated?
The score brings together eight themes in two blocks. Idea & potential counts for 75% of the score, File for 25%.
Does a good score mean my project will be funded?
No. The Scorecard is a preparation tool. It helps you present a clear project and spot what is missing. The decision to finance a project belongs to the people you present it to.
Can my score change?
Yes, with the Memorandum Pack. You rework your file, run the assessment again and the score is recalculated. With the free first diagnostic, the score stays as it was at the start.

What does the free first diagnostic include?
Your score out of 100, its two sub-scores and a few ways to improve.
What does the Memorandum Pack include?
All your ways to improve, Bot Opex to rework each part, the reassessment of your score, and your documents: information memorandum, business plan, pitch deck and pitch sheet.
What is the pitch sheet?
A page with your pitch to say out loud, in three lengths: one sentence, thirty seconds, two minutes.
When can I produce the final version of my documents?
From 80 out of 100, for the memorandum and the business plan. Below that, you keep reworking the parts the Scorecard flags.
How much does the Memorandum Pack cost?
A single payment: €49 incl. VAT during the launch, for a limited time. The first 150 Memorandum Packs are free.
How does the offer of 150 free packs work?
You complete your first diagnostic, you activate your Memorandum Pack in the app and you leave your feedback. You then download your Memorandum Pack.
What is the pack for?
To present your project: to your bank, to family and friends, or to prepare a raise.

In December 2026.
Does Prelud look for investors for you?
No. You invite your own community: your customers, your family and friends, your network. Prelud gives you the tools to do it.
How much does the Pro plan cost?
€250 a month excl. VAT for the subscription. Other fees may apply during a raise. The full terms will be published at launch, in December 2026.

Is Prelud an investment platform?
No. Prelud is a software publisher. The company raising capital remains the issuer of its offer, and both identity checks and funds are handled by licensed partners.
Do Prelud’s agents give advice?
They assist you. They ask questions, suggest wording and point out what is missing. Prelud does not provide investment advice, legal advice or tax advice.
What languages is the site available in?
In French and English.
